The two will not fare well together, all of your work obtaining good microbiology will be lost. There are many ways to obtain everything you need organically rather resorting to a quick fix which gets washed away in your next watering leaving dead soil behind. What are your plants lacking? that you would need to resort to chemicals? Once you answer that question it is just a matter of doing a little reading to find out how to supplement your soil to help your plants. Stay organic, work through any shortcomings so that next time you have this in your soil at the start of the grow. Hope this helps, good luck and happy organic growing.
