I priced a chipper

I talked to the county road guys, and they told me there was so much trash mixed in with the chips, it wouldn't be good for my garden. I talked to the local rural electrical co-op guy and he promised me chips. So far I have no chips. I am raking a lot of leaves, but it just isn't the same.
