Organic Soils

What low price yet quality soil and fertilzer do you guys reccomend. how much of the soil and fertilizer should i get for 30 plants. i am transplanting them straight to the ground. i would like organic but if any other reccomendations exist then please post. i am going to start them in small containers with regular potting soil(how much are those peat moss cups). then plant them about a month later into the ground. i want about 2 by 2 holes for the ground and fillin em up with the soil. cant i use cheap potting soil with perilite and let the good fertilizer enhance the soil. when doing clones i'd put em right in the ground after i churned the soil a bit.
