How do I aerate a gallon of water in a milk jug because I want to use organic tea. Is it absolutely necessary to aerate filtered water

You dont have to aerate store bought water, but when you add worm castings or juice it will have to be aerated. just put the hose of the air pump in the jug. 5 gal. bucket works better and less mess.

I do my castings and bubble for 12 to 24 hr but i use tap water too. I would say no less than 8 hrs. to get all the goodies your after.
