I bought some seeds a while back from Nivana (a really nice job of them I might add)
I bought some Blue Mistic (Indica). In the pics I have two Indica and one from bag seed. I am growing outdoors so here is my question.

Shade.... the area that I want to grow has pine trees that are about 1/3 to 1/2 grown. Will Shade be a problem with my grow.

You will notice in the pics that the bagseed plant broke off on the top but it kept growing so hope it hangs on.

It had just rained so they are sagging a little.

Thanks

Dont know about the shade....stick to the more sun is more fun rule and you'll be fine, just make sure that your girls get at least 6-7 hrs of direct sun for good rule of thumb! Otherwise it shouldnt hurt the plants, too much shade WILL hurt your yeild though!

i would also like to know about shade... i understand it can limit your yield... but can it cause your plant to flower early or even hermie?

good luck to ya Shane :peace:

As far as I've observed, if there is light outside anywhere(even that slight blue-looking early morning light), that means your plant perceives the light. So your plant will try to find that light whenever it sees it (as long as it is out), making it lanky, giving you less node sites, giving you less yield.
