Outdoor Grow help

Hey,

This is my first grow ever and have chosen to grow outdoors. I have flour plants growing outdoors and two of them I start mothers day weekend ( first week of may) and they are growing very fast and big, but here my concern. They are about 8 inches now and have 5 nodes but I still have two months left until the light switches over to 12 and 12 so they will grow to monsters in vegetative stage. They will go into flowering about 3-4 feet tall so I need to know what to do.

My other two I started in the first week of June so I do not have to worry about them.

Tie them down if they get too big, but I doubt that they will be monsters if they are only 8 inches now. Of course it matters where you are. When is your first frost in your area?

Hi mate

There are plenty of ways to keep your plant short such as LST, Topping, HST there is plenty of info on these methods just google it.
I recommend toping them than tieing the new growth.

Hope it all works out for you:)
