Outdoor grow nute question

Hello, for the summer the plan is 10 kc 33 seeds plus 10 white widow. It says for both of them that the flowering time is 8weeks. So would that mean that once the lights outside are 12/12 around june 22 then its 8 weeks from there?
Also would using the fox farm combination of cha ching open semsmi and Bestiz bloom make them ready any faster? How often would i put them in the soil.
Any ideas?

A Yes once sun rise to sunset is at 12 hours of light/ darkness the plant begins flower and you can count down the 8 weeks.

Q #2
Giving a plant fertilizers will help the floral clusters grow more dense, larger, and faster. However they will not make the plant finish faster. If you wanted to make the plant develop its resin glands quicker (making it more potent herb) at the end of the season you could pollinate your females. this will cause the plant to finish faster.

Finally the ferts can be applied as often as needed usually the container suggests a good feeding routine. Otherwise just let the soil dry out before you give it its next feeding.
