Outdoor growing veg state

Hey all had a quick question about growing outdoor and crop size, My question is for the past 3 yrs on my outdoor grow and this yr included i have only ever used my tapwater with nutral ph and no additives. I have very health looking plants that grow very hearty with big fan leave and very green, They are gretat looking plants with no signs of anything bad. When they start to bud I then start to fertilize them with some good organic stuff and have decent buds. I would like to know if I should start using fert to increase the bud size when in veg, this being an outdoor grow i would like to keep it cheap as possible but want to know if i'm limiting myself not using anything but normal water for the veg..Any suggestion would be great

cheers

The Fox Farms trio works very well. You just follow the feeding schedule on their website, but start at 1/4 strength and work your way up.

Feeding in veg will give you nice results.

Blood meal or triple 13 are cost friendly for outdoor growers. Both are a great source of nitrogen. Warning on the blood meal though. It can attract certain animals.
