outdoor growing

So I posted about this already I planted 5 germinated seeds in some promix bx and put them out on my back deck. The weather has been cloudy and raining and isn't supposed to get much better over the next few days. It's been 2 days now and nothing has come up through the soil I'm just wondering if I should bring them in all I have is one 40 w cfl light which I know is very little but it brought the two plants to life that I have growing now outback and there doing great. Will they eventually sprout or should I bring them in and see what the 40 w bulb does for Five seeds lol... actually I just checked the bulb it says 13 w lol either way posted a pic too

Cover the pots when it's raining. As long as it's not getting too cold you should be fine.
