when to pluck outside of boston?

all depends on what strain your growing. all strainsmature at different time. since i moved up here to the NE my sativas are only on their 3rd week of flowering. so for you id check out the trichs and then go from there... good luck bro

I'm in Vermont and mine started to flower around August 15th. Giving them about 8 weeks i'd say I will be harvesting them around October 10th. Obviously there will be a lot of factors to influence this, so they may go longer or maybe be ready early. Generaly though, its late September early November when you harvest up here. I've seen some sativas go way later though and they had to be covered up to protect from frost/snow. Hope that helped some.

depends on your strain to some extent
want to keep going as long as you can, take it as close to the killing frost that you can
unless you planted a really early ripening strain
