outdoor plant is this budding?

yo this is my first grow so idk really know what the plant looks like when it starts budding but im pretty sure it is because there has been a big increase in pistils and it almost looks like buds are starting to grow, if someone could help me out it would be much appreciated.

thanks guys for the help much appreciated. i been working hard to get this girl to this point and cant wait to smoke her, shes going to be be some damn good weed only if i knew the strain but she smells really good.

looks to be 1-2 week flowered. I'd say go ahead and consider it Day 7 or even 10 of flowering and start counting. happy growing.

yo my plants had preflowers during veg, could that mean that buds form quicker because i dont real think this plant has been in budding for that long. The last 2 or so days are when it seemed like it started flower because it started to get tall and bushy alot faster every day i would see a huge difference in height and width and it still is so, but could this be like 3 days into flowering and getting buds this quick
