outdoor plant leaves are turning yellow

help the leaves of my plants are turning yellow and falling off. I am in the vegatative state as you will see from my pics. HELP!

thats overwatering or nitrogen, but id say overwatering with that yellow?

I figured overwatering because i have been watering everyday. THe plants have been getting 95 degree heat all day long. Too much nitrogen?

no id say overwatering, i water my plants once a day but there in the ground and i have all day sun...like all day sun.

the brown tips turning like that means it got a little to much nutes.
