Outdoor plants wilting, droopin, dieing...

Within a couple days my outdoor plants are wilting bigtime. Some leaves are strong, but most are wilting all over each other. I am at a loss. The climate has been foggy, cold, less sun then last year. I have been feeding it plant food, fish emulsion, sometimes at sametime using both. Can anyone help me before its too late? They are dieing it looks like.

yeah man the link for the picture doesn't open. I cant grow outside in IL because this summer sucks with no sun and 80% and more humidity. yeah we need a pic to help you.
