Is the hard blowin wind bad for my mj plants? Around 25-30mph..

Not if your stems are strong enough for the buds if you took precautions and strengthen them up it wontbe an issue roll the stem between your fingers you will feel like a crushing effect it will make that part stronger and repeat while in veg don't go overboard tho..... Back to your question if your scared put up a stick and tie them off for added protection so the stick takes the brunt of the wind and not your ladies
