Ok so this is my first time growing. I been researching for the past week or 2 trying to find the best soil ad best nutrients to give me the best product. I been looking around at my near by hydroponics stores and I been seeing lots of good products. I think what I'm going to use is empire soil I have heard that it has many nutrients already in it for cannabis for as miracle grow and all the other ones are basics and more or less for vegetables not cannabis. And my nutrients I was going to get we're jus for bloom since the soil will have plenty of nutrients. I was gonna go with all advanced nutrients products. I was going to get the iguana juice bloom, big buds, sensizym, possibly nirvana and bud candy as well and of course final phase for clean out and feed back as to if I should stick with what I got or think a about alternatives please let me know! Thanks,

I'm using Promix HP and Fox Farms Ocean Forest 1:1 ratio. Mixed in some water crystals and garden lime (following the recommended usage)

Fertilizing with Molasses, Jacks class all purpose, Epsom Salts, Earthworm castings. PH water to 6.5-6.8 after adding nutes. The molasses feeds the beneficial bacteria. The beneficial bacteria help convert the nutrients into a usable form for the plants. The epsom salts is a good source of magnesium. The earthworm castings are good for nitrogen and will help the plant stay nice and green.

I was also going to go with the pro mix go but it's a base soil with nothing in it so I would have to feed Heavely what do you think if the nutrients I choose? You think I should cut some out or replace with something else? Oh and I'm not using straight water I have a fish tank and when I do the cleaning from that I save the water for the plants I heard all the bacteria is good for the plants to grow and of course the fish emulations.. Do you know how big my plants will get if I dig a hole 14inchesX14inchesX18 inches deep I'm jus hopping tey don't reach the top of my fence (prolly 7feet tall) I was thinking about maybe putting then threw some LST

I have heard that if you over do the nutrients you can burn the plants hence why I wasn't going to feed till bloom or the last few weeks of veg? Is feeding them extra nutrients

fox farm soils are great. just remember to add some more pearlite. i am using some gardener&bloom, and mix in 1/4 cup per gal, of whittney farms organic tomato and vegetable. they claim to top feed it again, after bloom begins. i may, or, i may use super bloom. a 9-55-4 i used on one run of aurora indica, with good yeilds. one person, who i got the cutting from, claimed only fish fertilzer was used during veg, and only kelp was used, after flower was underway. her plant (s), were all about 8' tall, in the first week of august, when the buds were just starting.

how much do you think it would cost to buy the soil you use for about 6 2x2x2 holes?
