Hi all, I thought I should put up a few photos and a little info about this grow and tbis strain. As I could find very very little about other than info given by philosopher seeds.
Its called Super Juani and I bought to try one of the lower THC and higher CBD strains, both meant to come out 8%.
I have grown here in a mix of coco perelite and worm castings and in 30140L pot that has a lot of holes for the soil to breath. I grew her to about 900mm high then scrog'd her for a few months to slow the vertical growth and max sun exposure due to the suns path in my back yard. I took the screen off around middle of march once I had a good formation of flowers.
The sloping you see was not intentional but works perfectly with the sunlight.
I feed her maybe twice a week on General Hydroponics floral nova grow full strength for the vege stage.
And general hydroponics bloom full strength with kool bloom twice a week for a while, then the last couple of weeks i feed her every couple of days with bloom and the kool bloom ripening formula.
I have interspersed very haphazardly worm tea throughout the grow.
She seemed a bit bit sensitive early on to fill trength nutes, but now she cant get enough.
I have also had a problem with whitefly which i have treated with neem.
Still not ready o harvest im hoping for a couple more weeks grow. One thing i should mention is once she turns to flower she shows no sign of flower other than the inital pistils for a few weeks and grows like stink. Which unfortunately has pushed the harvest out further than i would have like.
Hope you enjoy. I will put a another post up pre harvest.
THis is her in January. This her abain exactly 1 month later.
