Outdoors Bangladesh

yoo, im starting a rooftop grow in dhaka bangladesh soon and had a couple worries.
1. bangladesh being in the northern hemisphere has the same flowering period september-october buttt weather conditions make this impossible, due to the monsoon (constant heavy rains, high humidity) which occurs between june and september. My solution was to start the grow now and hope for a harvest before june. but sunlight hours are against me.
2. since its a rooftop grow in the middle of a busy city, the plants will get some light even at night, is this something i shud be worried about/

yes you should be worryd about the lights at night.. they were confuse your plant and it could do all sorts of things other than flower correctly. your gunna have to set up something like ply wood to block the lights at night.

wurdd buut i dont wanna keep the sun out during the day, and with thc all up in me, its gunna be a bitch to put it up and take it down. It isnt reallllly that light, its not as if there was a street light right over it. but there's light like in the distance. is that still a problem??
