Outdoors & we've got a lot of rain

Should I be worried, that with all the rain (living in Fl) that it might over water my plant? And if yes, what should I do with it so I don't totally lose my plant ;/

i think that if its planted in the ground and not in flower period, you're fine.

Start in 1 gallon pots, so you can bring them in until they get bigger and stronger. That what I do.

Hmm, what if I can't bring the plant inside? but um, when the plant is just starting to produce new leafs, and is getting taller.. Is it better to have it sitting in a location where it will only gather light at certain points of the day? Or better to be in a spot, that will receive light all through out the day til the sun sets?
