Outside to Inside. Will it shock my plant?

Here is my situation. I want to grow with the power of the sun, but not into the flowering. I do not want my neighbors to smell her. I would bring her inside into a grow box for flowering.

Would moving from the strength of the sun to bulb (130w CFL) shock the plant?

I keep my soil mix outside.. will i have to worry about that? It is in bags.
thats not good
soil left outside gets bugs in it
some bake soil in oven to rid pest heard it stinks and is not good kills beatifically things in soil
when u move pest from outdoors to indoors u dont bring their natural predators
catch some spiders and tree frogs if u got them they eat them
or buy ladybugs

<< is gonna move her soil indoors tomorrow.

I dont think I'm gonna grow her outside either.. so many small bugs that could hurt my baby.

F that. im doing it now. although if the bags were stored in home depot i suppose the bugs can get in the soil there too.

where does home depot store their bags?
im waiting
outside but all nurseries do inspections and keep a low bug profile. not saying they dont have em,but your bugs have a better chance getting your bag at home if you already have a bug problem!!
