Well I snapped a branch on my small plant. Hanging on by a thread. I taped it up. Will it survive? And if so how long should it take to heal

if it was still hanging by something and you taped it back, it will probably be fine. Give it a week to seal up. good luck

without a pic all I can do is agree anf say it will probably be ok. if it does end up looking like the branch is dying just cut it off and the hormones will spread out differently.

Beware when the darkside of supercropping rears its head! It should be fine, but this is the downside of super cropping. LST earlier on is the safer way to achieve the same results.

So I should LST early? And not supercrop or wait?

I prefer lst early. They are more flexible and forgiving and it works the same way. I wouldn't use wire. I only supercrop if they stretch crazy and I need to keep them from the lights, and to open things up. I use silicone and it makes the branches super rigid so it makes it real hard to supercrop them once they get bigger.
