To a certain point you can't bring the weed back to being nice and moist again. If you have them in curing jars, what I would recommend is placing a leaf or 2 from the same plant into the curing jars for a day or 2.
Also, if you're in curing jars already, no need to burp multiple times a day at this point. If the weed wasn't dry and you're doing a long cure process, you would burp the jars to relieve some of the moisture built up from curing until you're satisfied with the consistency. Once you're happy with it, seal the jars and don't open them any more otherwise you'll dry the weed out even more.
Try a couple leaves from the same plant in the jar for a day or 2. Some people use orange/lemon/tangerine peels in the jar but a leaf makes more sense to me.
