First thing, ditch the ceramic pot. Do yourself a favor, find a local nursery, or hydro store, and go buy yourself some real pots for your plants. Secondly it looks as if you are using a premixed soil. Add perlite to your soil to improve aeration and water flow.
The problem you are having is that ceramic pots don't drain very well, they retain a LOT of moisture, and what happens is, the top soil becomes dry and makes you think it needs water, but little did you know 2 inches below surface your soil is still wet/damp, so when you add water, that wet/damp area becomes a water pocket.
As a general rule of thumb, you should only water your plants when they need it. They will show you when they are lacking their essential element. Let your pots dry out completely (in ceramic it could take up to 2 weeks). Within about 5 days of not watering you should see her start to pick back up. DO NOT MISTAKE THIS AS IT BEING OKAY TO WATER AGAIN. Continue to let the soil air out until you see her starting to droop back down the other way, when this happens, she is ready to be watered again.
The initial perk up after stopping watering for a few days, is her getting herself back on par, it doesn't mean she has finished her process of pulling water, just that she is back to a level where she can produce healthy sugars again. You still have to allow her to work through the rest of what she has stored inside of her, before you start to begin watering again.
When she starts drooping back down, that is her way of telling you "Hey, I'm starting to starve over here, you wanna help me out?" This is when you want to feed/water.
Hope this helps, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
