Over watering and nute burn? Save the little ones!

Hey guys, i think i have an over watering and nute burn problem.... but im not sure and would really appreciate it if i could get another opinion! Heres the link to my journal:

Ive got the same problem with my seedings. Ive been wrongly adding nutes I just found out so yeah it could be over nutes.

mmhm, and it turns out i have a major PH issue that i need lep controling... IE it was 6.5 last night(i know it should be lower but must be done slowly) and its 6.68 right now! i was wondering how u guys do this effieciently... and what buffers do you use? ive just been adding drops of aquarium liquid PH down and its not doing what i need it to do! please help!!! +rep for any info!
