Over watering.?

She started looking like this about 3 weeks after I switched it over to flower I just don't know what it's from all my other plants are fine is it a overwatering

Looks like you are at the end. Good thing. Water until you chop. She is eating herself to finish. Shutting down soon. Let the shade leaves yellow and curl. More sugar there than the roots are providing. When buds start to fade in color it is time to cut.

Yes she just over 8 weeks old her stems are very soft .its GDP
