Overwatering or just paranoia?

I've noticed since the seeds sprouted about 8 days ago that the second set of fan leaves have curled up a bit, as the title suggest just wondering if this is an over water issue. I was giving them tap water twice a day through a spray bottle at a ph around 6.5, but since switched from spraying them to just pouring the water directly under and around the stem once every 24 hours.

They are in promix premium organic soil, under MH TSL2000 which was just moved from 24" to about 30"

I hope it's just paranoia as this is my first Indoor Grow, but if it is an issue I'd rather get ahead of it now. Any advice appreciated TIA.

Ffs, give them a chance.

Feed water little and don't soak them.

Little water at the base of the stem let it dry on top and gradually more water further from the stem towards the pot rim and you will soon see how well they are doing.

Little water remember and let the top dry then next water a bit more until you can the whole surface if the soil without getting sodden at this stage.

When you see plenty of roots out the bottom a good soaking and you can think about potting up to bigger pots in about 3/4 weeks time.

It's easy and slow down.

EDIT, Just seen you pots, they are big fabric one which are only half full.... wtf. Any reason because you need them pots full up if they will be their final pots, you may as well grow in half the size pots because you have only filled them halfway. You need to start thinking how to do this without disturbing your babies new roots.

Yeah, they are autos I should have mentioned that earlier. The reason I only filled 3/4 was planning on adding more as they got taller around the base to help support them if they got a bit of stretching going on but they seem to be staying fairly short for now. That's part of the reason I raised the ligyt a little higher to see if I could force them taller.
