Overwatering or Underwatering?

I'm not an expert and not trying to sound like a dick when I say this, iif you are asking that question chances are you are over watering.
What medium are u using? How often do you water? What size containers?

If you have holes in the bottom of your pot, it should be hard to over water. If your soil is dry than you need more water. If you dont have holes in the pot, switch it before you water again. Cannabis like to be dry but dont over do it

Too much neem oil, if u use it of course.
