Overwatering?

First watering in 3 days with 500ml tap water oxygenated for 48hours just prior to lights on (18/6) pic taken 1 hour before lights out.
White widow auto's week 5 in 17 litre pots with Easy as organics water only living soil with easy as organics amendments and teas. Blumat automatic plant watering system. 90x50x160 growlush tent. VIPARSPECTRA Newest Pro Series P1500 LED.
4" INLINE FAN/CARBON FILTER. 2x6" oscillating fans. Temp 26.6'c/47% humidity.
Is my deduction of overwatering correct?
Note: I know that optimal amount of living soil grows should be with at least 27litres of soil. I have made the necessary dressing/tea ratio adjustments to compensate with this grow.

Leaves look green with no discoloration. Under watering and overwatering both makes the plants droopy but if you know you’re not skipping watering days then most likely it’s caused by overwatering. Back off on the water and they should perk right back up.
