overwatering?

Could this be a cause of overwatering. Shes 10 days old after germ. NL seed. Soil is shultz seed started with a mix of moss and perlite (althought I dunno the exact amounts of each). For the lights I have 12 15W CFL's and a 200W MH. I would water once everyday maybe once every 2 days. I would use a good amount of water hoping the water would seep down to the roots. And then I would re-water the plant when the soil became bone dry. Which usually was every day. Any information on how I can solve the problem would be greatly appreciated. O and im pretty sure its not ventilation, my Groom i think has a suffiencent amount of air circulation.

water temp is room temp. (60-70F). soil ph is unknown because I don't have ph meters. the air temp of the room is between 75-83F. Theres a big 3 ft fan at the bottom of the closet. The air circulates from underneath the plants. This cools down the MH light, but I dont think it has to do with temperture because I have left the MH off for a day and the problem still hasn't gotten better. Im very discouraged since this is my first grow and cant seem to figure the problem. I thought I did it all right. Back to buying i guess...

I have grown for a while with successful harvests. I watch my PH, air movement, and use good HIDs two 400 watt MHs and one 400 Watt HPS. Area is not huge but all walls, ceilings and floor is lined with panda. Sunshine mix #4 with extra worm castings, perlite and some coco fiber. Get good dainage. I bring in air at floor level and exhaust near ceiling at the other end of room. room is small maybe 10 X 15. Ceiling is only 6 feet however. Plants are in flowering and have been doing great. We have had a heat wave the last few days with temps outside getting to 104 during day. I only run lights at night time. My dark period is during the day (completely dark). All looked fine until last night when lights came on. I have been only using one of the MH during this hot spell to keep alittle control of temps. I had one plant all of a sudden droop over almost like an overwatering issue. But it still drains good. I checked this morning after moving it further from the lights and more near a fan. I have several fans to move air in room besides the inlet and exhaust fans. The poor girl was still drooped. I have removed and dead lower leaves and misted her with h20 and alittle h2o2 last night and used a weak h2o2 ph adjusted water last night.
she is the only plant that reated to the heat this way. Any help or advice? Please.
