Can u overwatter if u watter a plant with plenty water but then u wait until the soil os dry? And water again? Is overwattering more about how often do u water and not how much?

Depends on your situation.

If you're using soil, you will water an adult plant to 10% runoff when the soil is mostly dry.

So when you do water, it will be a lot--but you won't very often.

What's the medium? It would be tough to over water like that unless the medium had no drainage capability at all. You can water coco\perlite 4-5 times a day if you want but you might be fighting the problems of fungus gnats and mold from the humidity.

You hit the nail on the head. You can't overwater a well draining pot and medium. The problems and deficiencies come into play when you water too often, displacing air pockets with water, keeping the roots in a saturated environment, denying their ability to respire effectively. Sure they take oxygen from the water, but not enough to function properly. They require those air pockets.
