In my city you can buy glass pipes from most kiosks.
(glass pipes are good because after you've smoked through them a few times, they get all resined up and then you just heat them up and that resin evaporates and gets you buzzing hardcore.... Good for a morning buzz.)

But I cant imagine if they made them illegal? that would just be fucked up man.
