Pale seedling?

Hey all

So My Afghan Kush Ryder is a few days above the ground, as is my AK47 ryder, moreso on the Afghan the first set of serrated leaves look really pale, they are green but not the deep green I've seen from vids/photos, and the second set of leaves coming through are looking lime green/a little yellowish.

They are under a 400w hps (Not too close to cause burning)
Oscillating fan keeping them cool and making the stem stronger
No nutes have been added as they are only about 5 days old (above ground)
Bio-bizz all mix soil used (Could this be too high in nutes for babies?/will they survive, they are still growing so I dunno)
UK tap water used, pH is just around 6.8.

The pot was watered when the seed was planted, and I have watered since, it is a large pot so maybe it is overwatering causing it? They look like they are growing alright, the afghan in particular is going quite quickly for only 5 days, but can overwatering cause pale leaves? more worrying than the pale leaves are the lime green/yellowish 2nd set coming up through the middle now.

Can't post a pic as I have no cam right now, but the first set of sharp leaves look quite pale, like a dusty light green, and the second pair coming up through the middle looks a brighter lime green. Could it be over-watering? Maybe I'm just paranoid, first time grower and checking them every few hours, I dunno.

Thanks.

It's either over watering or your light's too close...in which case practice doing nothing.
We pretty much have to be patient doing nothing at seedling stage and harvest stage...it gets easier ;)

Yeah I think it's just too much attention.

Keep thinking any little spec of anything on the leaves is mites, too paranoid for my first seedlings I think.

On a positive note though, my 4th and final seedling is popping up now, I can see the cotyledons just pushing their way through the top of the soil. Will try not to coddle them though from now on.
