I read seedling like between 100-300 par. How much light you giving your babies?

300 sounds a lil spicy to me. start on 100

What about veg? It’s says 400-600 par I don’t wanna burn them babies. I def. am not supplementing co2 I just got my vents open

All the pars, almost impossible to give em too much as long as you are not heating them
