Parabolic Reflectors Please Tell Me What You Think

I used a parabolic reflector for different uses. Mainly, I used it to save money on power when I first put the plants into the flowering room but weren't quite ready to start flowering. What I mean is, they still had a week or two (I usually topped my plants) to go before 12/12 so I just vegged them that week or two under one parabolic 1000 MH on a light rail that moved about two feet. The lumen SPREAD from those reflectors are excellent, but for accelerated growth, not the best choice. Stick with any of the Sun System or Hydrofarm hoods is you ask me.

You need to buy one that has air fittings.Without that glass and a fan they get hot as hell.I use sunlight supplys sungrow and super sun with air fitting and a vortex 6 inch fan.
