Pattern On Leaf - Ideas?

This is only appearing on two leaves on the entire plant (Lambs Bread Auto). It’s overall healthy if not a little on the small side. Started showing pistils at 3 wks :o so I’m just riding it out.

In soil, outdoor, Gaia throughout and the odd shot of fish fertilizer with watering has been her diet.

My handheld micro is tough to steady, but I don’t really see anything untoward. Leaf surface is smooth so no divots or bumps present. Only thing noteworthy is that this pot (10G fabric) is really heavy. We’ve had a lot of rain on the east coast as y’all know

If that's about the mid point on the plant and you see no bugs under the leaves then I'd give it some Ca. Orange, punctate rust spots are a sign of a Ca deficit.
