You can search about for little tricks like water/wick system but frankly I don't think there's too much you can do. And to be honest if you're growing indoors with AC running all the time the humidity is just going to be low, my grows have always been that way and it's a bummer but don't let it discourage you too much -- you can still be very successful. And at least your risk of mold is highly reduced...

i wouldnt worry about it. when your plant get bigger you want lower humidity levels. especially if your in a basement. powdery mildew is a bitch.

so low humidity won't affect the plant that much in my current plant phase? ive been misting it every couple hours since it's sprouted and its just so much of a hassle

Build a DIY dome with a plastic bottle over the small plant and mist it. Similar to a DIY cloner, RH will go up to 80s.

Also, you can just leave a cup/tub/container with water and the low humidity will suck up some of it, like wbd said (water/wick deal).

I have the opposite problem, too much humidity, normal ambient humidity in my house is 70% RH. I've been using Calcium Chloride dehumidifiers that i use in the closets for my clothes, but no deal, i think the airflow is so much that it can't do it's job. Still thinking of a solution. Don't want them motherfucking molds on my buds.
