PC First Grow Humidity Problems

I have a full tower case 22" with 4 cfl 23w bulbs
my plant is 2 weeks and a couple day and from day one my humidity has been lower than 30 constantly and im wondering if there's anyway to boost my RH up for my plant

get a spray bottle and occasionally mist them maybe even mix the water with some low doses of fertilizer, or if the plants are still small enough cut off the bottom of a 2 litter soda bottle and put it over your plant and you have a small 1 plant grow box, when your plants get bigger your grow area will naturally be more humid.
