Pc Grow Box Advice

I’m looking to start a new PC grow & I’m looking
for some advise from you guys on the following.

-Lighting setups.
-Plant setups.
-Oder control.
-Small hydro or dirt setup.(what's better)
-Air flow.
-Average yields to expect .

-Also can someone suggest some great
beans for small scale grows .
