Perfetc brown dots and dying leaves

Hey guys these plants looked perfect yesterday aside from a few small normal issues and now ones leaves turned really yellow over a matter of hours and started dying.. I know there are little black and white bugs but I've kept em under control and they haven't seemed to cause much damage till now.. soil was pretty hot going in and everything looked awesome for a while so I know it's not burn.

Also these little tiny rusty brown spots are all over these leaves on my ICE plant. Not sure what kind of bugs do this or what the issue is but I would like some help.

I see wood chips in there. Whats the PH of the runoff (at the roots)?

It's mulch on top of the soil.. soil is ffof mixed with happy frog 1:1 and some added bone meal and all purpose fert 5:5:5

Which plant? The brown spots or the yellow leaves.. the plant with yellowing leaves is also starting to get bright green at the center of new growth
