Perlite turning orange

At the bottom of my pot, the purlite in my mix and other things around the whole looks orange,yellow,and green. Am I getting some kind of rot going on. Sorry I dont have a picture because I picked it all out.

No your good! Did you throw the perlite on top or mix it in with the soil?

Mineral build up or algae, either way not an issue~
