Peroxide and roots

My plants have a yeast problem ( lesson learned, homemade CO2 gens aren't good!). They're in a slightly bastardized bubbleponic system. Instead of giving them pure water on their flush days (I give them regular water every week for 24 hrs) can I pour peroxide ( 1 TBSP 3% peroxide per 1 cup) on the rockwool during their flush?

I have been with no problems so far, in fact they perk up significantly, but is there anything I should worry about?

Im not sure I would use that much, I put a cap of the stuff in a gal of water for soil use.
I use 2 caps in 5 gals on my hydro setup, but I havent tried anything on rockwool.
Im sure you can up the does as plp use something called H020 or something, it's basically 35% HP instead of 3%

Btw the directions I gave, the plants love it.
I would be careful of using too much it can hurt your baby.
