What's the best pest control during veg and flower for an outside grow? I've heard neem oil is good during veg but what is good for flower? I really don't want to smoke that stuff.

Citric acid. Food grade.

Thanks. Do you know the proper ratio for using in a sprayer?

I use a teaspoon per quart of spray. It’s available cheap on Amazon.
