Pest/disease control indoors

Hi, I'm a longtime outdoor grower, in the middle of my first indoor grow. Details here:

Setup: https://www.rollitup.org/t/build-journal-turning-a-7x7-shed-into-a-grow-room.922754/
TL;DR: 7x7 shed. 3x3 tray. 5x3 scrog. COB LED

Going exceptionally well, but I wanted to make sure I'm doing everything I can as I exit the stretch into full flowering.

Right now I
  • Keep humidity at 37-40%
  • Dropping it another 10% as flowers get denser
  • Spray weekly with spinosad for pests and potassium bicarbonate for disease

Right now is winter, so pests are not really an issue, but they will be starting in a couple of months. Been totally disease free so far

Some questions, but feel free to chime in with specific suggestions
  • Is spinosad the right organic choice for pests? I stopped using it outside because of the bee thing, but I found it to be highly effective. I have been told that neem oil is bad for flowering stage.
  • I switched from baking soda + horticultural oil to potassium bicarbonate recently. I find both effective, but I worried about the horticultural oil (basically mineral oil) during late flower stages when I needed it the most.
  • Outdoors, it would be about at this stage that I would start on the BT for budworms. Do I need to worry about that indoors? Remember, the room is in a shed that is outdoors, and the doors are open for about 20 minutes twice a day.
  • When's the best time to spray? I don't like doing when the lights are on (though I've seen no ill effects), and I also don't like having wet plants when the lights are off.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.
