Pest issues???

Spots formed on leaves....dont see any spider webs. Any thoughts on what it/ they are. Also best way to treat it.20210714_165738.jpg

Those look like aphids to me. If you're seeing that many aphids on the top of your leaves, what do the bottoms of the leaves look like? If you're in the US you can get spinosad and some very nice pesticides like @Tracker mentioned. If you're in Canada like me you wind up using aerosol pyrethrin mostly for them.
 
Aphids. Luckily they are rhe easiest to get rid of.

Everything from neem to spraying the plant with a hose will work.

My favorite way to deal with them is ladybug larve. Thats how you clean up a aphid issue.

The bottoms are not to bad at all. Mainly on top. Got this to spray on them just before lights go off.
