Ok so I have aphids, and they're getting a little out of control. I'm smashing as many as I can physically and using soap spray to help, but they keep returning within a day or two and seem to be in larger masses. Would using a pesticide with permethrin help? And if so what do I need to do to dilute it to a safe level? I originally wanted to go organically but financial situations are out of hand.
