Pests are Freakin Insane!

So I have about 10 plants and they all now have spider mites.. 6 of them are doing a little better now that I have been spaying under the leaves with dish soap and water but I haven't been doing that for my other 4... Cuz they r in flower now... About 2 n 3 weeks now. I don't want to make them mold. My question here is wut can I do about my females in flower? I am also going to use neem oil on my 6 plants in veg starting today but should I use that also on my flowering plants? or ne other suggestions?
