my plant has been on 12-12 for about 5 days now I have some peters bloom booster 10-30-20 is this any good? I dont want to fry my girl. If so how much and how often?

go by directions on back maybe a scant bit less

what would the dose be? an old man at a greenhouse up the road gave me some. He said 2 teaspoons to a gallon water.

I use that.Great stuff.Directions are for 1 tablespoon per gal. water. Use half of that and work to full dose over time. Don't use more that once a week.
