Don't sign this petition. Period. This is not the way we need to go about giving more people access to this plant. Re-scheduling to a II or III gives god-like power to the US Attorney General in who is given licenses to grow and manufacture. We need to focus on DE scheduling cannabis.

If rescheduling happens we could lose the ability to grow in our own homes, invite huge federal interference (even more than right now), and overall it won't be pretty. We think things are tough now... it could get worse when it's given a lesser schedule and the opportunities are only given to those companies with the funds to pay our government. I'm not a conspiracy theorist... in fact I can't stand those types of attitudes, but when you look at the facts of how politics works right now, this is the potential fate of cannabis if rescheduling is going to happen.
