Im unable to get any dolomite lime so how much lime juice should i use per galon to lower the ph. Also dont have a ph test only one for soil. any help appreciated.

Without a pH meter its impossible. Every water source has a different pH to begin with.
pH test kits are very cheap at walmart, id just go get one. You can make your own kit with red cabage (just google it).
If you have to just guess though, start very slowly, like 1 or 2 tsp of lemon juice per gal.
