My pH is crazy coming out of the tap, I filter my water to get rid of chlorine and chloramines , etc. but my pH is about 8.2.
I started mixing Britta filtered water with my in-line hose filter and it brought my ph to 6.8.
The Brittany drops the ph to 5.5 so I’m afraid that the Britta is going to strip out different things so I’ve contemplated adding in a tiny bit of Cal mag if needed.
so I guess my question is two-part does anyone have any experience doing this? Also, has anyone ever just watered with a pH that high and had success?
