So i bought a RO filter..i got a fresh water rez and a mixing rez...i put 40 gal of ro water in my rez i adjusted the PH to 6.0 i used 3 ml of cal mag per gal and 5ml of pure blend pro soil per gal..after i mixed i watered and didnt recheck the PH... after i watered i checked the PH cuz i realized i forgot...it was at 4.6...is this bad? will one time hurt anything? Should i leave it and water next time with 6.0..or should i flush?

You adjust pH only after adding the nutrients.

What medium are you using? I assume coco because you mentioned you are aiming at 6.0 pH.

You should mix up some proper nutes and rinse the bad out with the good.

You should target a pH of 6.5 - 6.8 in soil.

Listen to @Renfro he is giving you solid advice. RO water has no buffering capacity and depending on the sources that make up your nutrients and cal mag you may need to add a buffer back to the water. Ph up will will do this. Always ph your water last.
